This painting portrays a young lady holding her hat, giving a “When can we party again?” look. Do we need to take a Pre-Event Testing (PET) first? What is the social gathering group size limit? 2? 5? 50? 100? I am fully vaccinated. I have recovered from Covid-19. Can I be exempted from PET?
